Everything works the way it should, no corners cut, no botch jobs, this van runs and drives as if it was a factory built vehicle.. Down as a 2.0 petrol on the logbook. 5 stud hub conversion (Astra gsi). Petrol fuel tank fitted. Coilovers on rear (front coilovers included). Lowering springs on front. Subframe bushes and mounts replaced. Full respray in Vauxhall flame red. Genuine GSI front bumper. Genuine OPC front grill. Genuine OPC rear bumper. Genuine OPC side skirts. Genuine 17 GSI alloys (new tyres). Astra GSI Recaro half leather interior (heated). Front and rear seats (all with correct seatbelts). 10 vauxhall android stereo, removable screen.. Astra GSI instrument cluster. Astra GSI gear selector.. Roof, sides, rear, floor all refinished in black fabric.. Astra VXR engine (Z20LEH). Astra GSI water cooled throttle body. Big core front mount intercooler. 4 bar map sensor. Silicon water hoses and boost pipes. Large core intercooler 3:2.5 piping. Race thermostat 76 degrees. Large core radiator with twin fans first fan set at 82 degrees.. Instead of the dangerous factory setting of 99 degrees. 3 decat straight through. Rear boost solenoid delete. High flow inlet manifold.. Forge dump valve (23psi spring). 5 speed f23 diesel gearbox (vectra 2.0dti to handle more torque instead of the toffee made 6 speed m32). Uprated clutch (calibra turbo 4×4). Plus Im sure Ive missed much more.. Being the Z20LEH it has forge pistons good for 500bhp. Under piston skirt oil squirters ect ect. Before install it had the following.. Uprated valve stem seals with built in retainer to stop them lifting under boost. Uprated valve springs to stop valve float under boost. Sensors replaced (crank, knock, cam ect). Crankshaft oil seals replaced. Camshaft oil seals replaced. Plus a few others (oil cooler gasket ect). Compression and leak tested. 175 across the board. Very strong healthy engine. Since the setup the van has covered just over 2000 miles. Starts first time everytime. The engine is extremely quiet and smooth. The exhaust note isnt to loud when general day to day driving. If you jump on the accelerator it comes to life and sounds very loud but still nice.. (not the typical wet fart sounding boy racer vxr). It sounds powerful and correctly setup. Overall the van drives smooth considering its Lowered.. Pulls very hard on boost. Genuine but Very reluctant sale, Ive had this up a few times and always changed my mind. But now Im getting my first house, so it absolutely must go. To answer a few questions I got last time it was up for sale, I was not the first person to do the conversion, I bought the van in a sorry state with a blown up engine.. Bodywork and interior where a mess, so I completely stripped it back to a shell, and did all the work listed in the advert.. Its had no expense spared. On the MOT history, the mileage is all over the place, I presume this is from previous engines that have been fitted in the past.. Plus whatever mileage the original 1.7 engine had done. I have proof of the current engine mileage and all receipts for the work! But I cant tell you what mileage the shell has done. But that being said, its in very good condition. No rot that I can see.. It was advised a year ago for a corroded sill on mot, I had that replaced and everything under sealed, last MOT it passed with no advisories. Anymore questions please ask.
